Injera (Amhar: ənǧära እንጀራ [ɨndʒəra]; yang terkadang ditransliterasikan sebagai enjera; atau "taita" Tigrinya: ጣይታ)[2] adalah sebuah roti datar yang diberi sourdough dari Afrika Timur dengan tekstur yang unik. Biasanya dibuat dari tepung teff,[3] hidangan tersebut merupakan hidangan nasional di Ethiopia dan Eritrea.
