Penyangkalan Holodomor (bahasa Ukraina: Заперечення Голодомору, bahasa Rusia: Отрицание Голодомора) adalah klaim bahwa Holomodor pada 1932–1933, sebuah bencana kelaparan buatan manusia berskala besar di Ukraina Soviet^[1] tidak terjadi^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5] atau meragukan skala dan signifikansi bencana kelaparan tersebut, atau meragukan peran ideologi komunis dalam bencana kelaparan tersebut.^[6] Propaganda Uni Soviet resmi menyangkal bencana kelaparan tersebut dan menekan informasi tentang hal tersebut dari masa permulaannya sampai 1980an. Pernyataan tersebut juga diedarkan oleh beberapa wartawan dan intlektual Barat.^[3]^[7]^[8]^[9]
