Djoko T. Iskandar (lahir 23 Agustus 1950) adalah ahli zoologi Indonesia, yang memusatkan diri dalam cabangnya, herpetologi. Minat penelitiannya adalah Limnonectes, suatu genus katak, namun ia adalah pemeri pertama untuk katak kepala-pipih kalimantan (Barbourula kalimantanensis), satu-satunya kodok yang tidak berparu-paru.[1][2]

Dia telah menerbitkan buku The Amphibians of Java and Bali, ISBN 979-579-014-5 (versi terjemahannya juga tersedia dalam bahasa Indonesia, Amfibi Jawa dan Bali). Saat ini Iskandar adalah guru besar di bidang sistematika, ekologi, dan evolusi vertebrata kecil untuk Institut Teknologi Bandung.

Dia adalah lulusan doktor dari Université Montpellier 2 di Montpellier Prancis pada tahun 1984. Sebelummya Djoko T Iskandar telah menempuh gelar sarjana di ITB Bandung pada tahun 1975.
