Jollibee adalah jaringan restoran cepat saji Filipina yang dimiliki oleh Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC). Hingga September 2023, terdapat lebih dari 1.500 gerai Jollibee di seluruh dunia,[2] dengan restoran di Asia Tenggara, Timur Tengah, Asia Timur (Hong Kong dan Makau), Amerika Utara, dan Eropa (termasuk Spanyol, Italia),[3] dan Britania Raya).[4]

Pada tahun 1975, Tony Tan Caktiong dan keluarganya membuka kedai es krim Magnolia di Cubao, Kota Quezon.[5][6] Gerai ini kemudian mulai menawarkan makanan panas dan roti lapis. Ketika makanan menjadi lebih populer daripada es krim, keluarga ini memutuskan untuk mengubah kedai es krim menjadi restoran cepat saji, yang menjadi gerai Jollibee pertama pada tahun 1978.[7] Konsultan manajemen Manuel C. Lumba memberikan saran kepada keluarga mengenai perubahan strategi tersebut.[5] Jollibee awalnya bernama "Jolibe", namun berganti nama menjadi "Jollibee".[8]

Jollibee menawarkan makanan cepat saji yang dipengaruhi oleh Amerika dan makanan Filipina yang kasual. Jollibee dimiliki oleh Jollibee Foods Corporation, yang berbasis di Pasig, Filipina. JFC telah beroperasi sebagai pemilik waralaba sejak tahun 1979. Jollibee dimulai dengan lima cabang pada tahun 1978.Hingga Mei 2019, Jollibee mengoperasikan lebih dari 1.300 toko, dengan 1.150 toko di Filipina dan 234 toko di pasar luar negeri.[52] Jollibee memiliki lokasi di Asia Tenggara, Asia Timur, Timur Tengah, Amerika Utara, Eropa, dan Oseania.[53] Perusahaan ini juga telah membuka cabang di Kepulauan Mariana Utara[54][55][56] dan Papua Nugini.[57]

Di luar Filipina, basis pelanggan Jollibee bervariasi berdasarkan wilayah. Di Timur Tengah, pasar utama Jollibee adalah para pekerja Filipina di luar negeri, sedangkan di Vietnam adalah penduduk lokal. Vietnam memiliki waralaba terbanyak di luar Filipina, dengan lebih dari 100 lokasi.[8]

Diperkenalkan pada tahun 1980, Jollibee adalah maskot lebah Antropomorfisme besar yang mengenakan blazer, kemeja, dan topi koki berwarna merah.[58] Desain Jollibee didasarkan pada Mickey Mouse.[8] Maskot ini dirancang untuk melambangkan optimisme orang Filipina. Tony Tan, pendiri Jollibee, telah membandingkan karakter maskot ini dengan kelas pekerja Filipina, dengan menyatakan bahwa lebah "melompat-lompat dan menghasilkan hal-hal yang manis untuk kehidupan, dan bahagia meskipun sibuk".[59] Jollibee mengembangkan maskot tambahan, beberapa di antaranya ditampilkan dalam Jollitown, sebuah acara anak-anak yang ditayangkan di Filipina.[8]

Pada tanggal 13 April 2008, Jollibee menayangkan perdana Jollitown, sebuah acara televisi anak-anak. Penayangan perdana ini bertepatan dengan ulang tahun ke-30 Jollibee. Acara ini menampilkan beberapa karakter, termasuk Jollibee, Yum si ilmuwan, Twirlie si pemain bintang, Hetty si pemandu sorak, dan Popo si pelatih olahraga. Acara ini ditayangkan setiap hari Minggu pukul 9:30 pagi di GMA Network.[62] Pada tanggal 17 Juli 2011, Jollitown pindah ke ABS-CBN untuk musim keempat dan kelima, ditayangkan pada hari Minggu pukul 09:00. Pada tanggal 20 Juli 2013, acara ini pindah kembali ke GMA Network untuk musim keenamnya hingga tamat pada tanggal 12 Oktober.

Pada bulan November 2018, 23 video orisinal Kwentong Jollibee di saluran YouTube mencapai total 64 juta penayangan.[63] After nearly two years the total views had risen to 405 million, with 567,000 subscribers, in July 2020.[64]
