Acholi (juga Acoli) adalah suku bangsa dari distrik Gulu, distrik Kitgum dan distrik Pader di Uganda utara, dan di Sudan selatan. Sensus Uganda tahun 1991 menghitung terdapat 746,796 Acholi; 45.000 Acholi lainnya tinggal di luar Uganda.[1]
