Bahasa daerah

waah dg versi baru kesannya jadi penuh oi... tolong bisa menyisipkan hal ini :

    * Bahasa itu alat yang sangat tidak memadai untuk berfikir dengan tertib dan untuk melahirkan pendapat (C.P.F. Lecoutere, L. Grootaers dalam Inleideng tot de Taalkunde en tot de Geschiedens van het Nederlands, halaman 177)
    * Bahasa sebagai bayang-bayang pikiran, artinya bahasa tidak dapat melukiskan bentuk pikiran sesempurna dan selengkap bentuk pikiran itu sendiri. Itulah mengapa timbul apa yang dikenal sebagai gaya bahasa, ragam bahasa dan seterusnya.
    * Terdapat 2 macam kaidah bahasa, yaitu kaidah umum yang berlaku untuk semua bahasa dan kaidah khusus yang berlaku untuk suatu bahasa tertentu.
    * Terjemahan: yang diterjemahkan itu bukan bahasanya (seperti kata-katanya dan kalimatnya) tetapi bentuk pikirannya. Sebab bayang-bayang tidak sesempurna dan selengkap bentuk pikiran itu sendiri sehingga kemungkinan salah makna atau salah terima pikiran itu sendiri dapat dikurangi.
