John Evans Atta Mills (lahir 21 Juli 1944)^[1]) adalah Presiden Ghana. Ia dilantik tanggal 7 Januari 2009, mengalahkan kandidat partai berkuasa Nana Akufo-Addo 50.23%–49.77% dalam Pemilihan Umum Presiden Ghana^[2] Ia pernah menjadi Wakil Presiden Ghana ketiga (1997-2001) di bawah Presiden Jerry John Rawlings, serta gagal dalam Pemilihan Umum Presiden tahun 2000 dan 2004 sebagai kandidat dari Partai Kongres Demokrat Nasional.
