Ronald Ernest Paul (lahir 20 Agustus 1935) adalah seorang anggota Kongres Amerika Serikat dari Lake Jackson, Texas, berasal dari Partai Republik. Ia adalah salah satu calon presiden dari partai ini untuk pemilu presiden 2008. Ia juga pernah mengikuti pemilu presiden 1988 sebagai wakil partai Libertarian. Setelah lulus dari Duke University School of Medicine pada 1961 dan menjadi ginekolog, ia menjadi dokter bedah militer dalam masa Perang Vietnam.

Ron Paul mendukung perdagangan bebas, pajak rendah, pemerintah kecil, dan kebijakan luar negeri non-intervensi. Ia menentang invasi AS ke Irak 2003, imigrasi ilegal, dan pengendalian senjata api. Ia menikah dengan istrinya Carol (née Wells) pada 1 Februari 1957 dan dikaruniai 5 anak: Ronnie, Lori, Rand, Robert, dan Joy. Mereka juga memiliki 18 cucu dan 1 cicit.
