VIXX LR (bahasa Korea: 빅스 LR) adalah sub-unit pertama dari boy band asal Korea Selatan, VIXX, yang dibentuk dibawah label Jellyfish Entertainment. Didirikan pada Agustus 2015, VIXX LR terdiri dari dua anggota yakni Ravi yang memegang posisi rapper dan Leo sebagai vokalis. Sub-unit ini debut dengan album mini pertama mereka yang berjudul Beautiful Liar yang dirilis pada 17 Agustus 2015.[1][2]

Pada 7 Agustus 2015, Jellyfish Entertainment merilis sebuah trailer video di situs web resmi VIXX setelah mereka meluncurkan sebuah teaser misterius yang hanya tampak siluet para anggota bersama dengan sebuah timer countdown. Siluet ini merupakan foto grup dari singel sebelumnya, "Love Equation". Para penggemar mengira ini merupakan comeback dari grup, namun terungkap bahwa ini adalah debut dari sub-unit baru VIXX.[3]

Jellyfish Entertainment pun mengkonfirmasi VIXX LR sebagai sub-unit pertama dari VIXX yang terdiri dari Ravi dan Leo. Album mini debut mereka, Beautiful Liar, dirilis pada 17 Agustus 2015. [4][5][6] Pada hari yang sama, VIXX LR menggelar showcase pertama mereka untuk album Beautiful Liar di Yes24 Muv Hall di Mapo-gu, Seoul.[7][8] Duo ini mulai melakukan promosi pada 18 Agustus dan penampilan debut stage pertama mereka dilakukan di SBS MTV The Show.

VIXX LR debut pada posisi nomor 2 di Billboard World Albums chart[9] dan nomor 2 di Gaon Album Chart Korea Selatan.[10] Mereka meraih kemenangan program musik pertamanya di SBS MTV The Show dengan 9,464 poin.[11] VIXX LR mengakhiri 3 minggu promosi mereka untuk Beautiful Liar melalui penampilan goodbye stage di KBS2 Music Bank.[12]
