Krisis Buddha merupakan sebuah periode ketegangan politik dan keagamaan di Vietnam Selatan antara bulan Mei sampai November 1963, ditandai dengan serangkaian tindakan represif dari pemerintahan Vietnam Selatan dan sebuah kampanye perlawanan sipil, terutama dipimpin oleh biksu Buddhis.[1]

Krisis ini mulai membesar sejak penembakan sembilan warga sipil tak bersenjata pada tanggal 8 Mei di pusat kota Huế yang memprotes pelarangan bendera Buddhis. Krisis ini berakhir dengan sebuah kudeta pada bulan November 1963 oleh Tentara Republik Vietnam, dan penangkapan dan pembunuhan Presiden Ngô Đình Diệm pada tanggal 2 November 1963.
