Courtney Love menikahi Kurt Cobain, vokalis dan gitaris utama dari Nirvana, di Waikiki, Hawaii, Amerika Serikat, pada tanggal 24 Februari 1992. Dia memiliki satu anak perempuan, dari pernikahannya dengan Kurt Cobain, yang bernama Frances Bean Cobain.
