Dr. Phan Huy Quát

Dr. Phan Huy Quát (Ha Tinh, 1908 atau 1 Juli 1909 – 27 April 1979) menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri acting Negara Vietnam dan juga sebagai Perdana Menteri Republik Vietnam.[1][2][3]

Quát lahir di Provinsi Ha Tinh. Ia menuntut ilmu di Lycée Pellerin, Huế, kemudian belajar pengobatan di Hanoi dan dikualifikasikan sebagai doktor sebelum memasuki dunia politik.

Pada 2 Juli 1949, Quát dilantik sebagai Menteri Pendidikan oleh Kepala Negara Bảo Đại. Pada 22 Januari 1950, Perdana Menteri Nguyễn Phan Long melantik Quát sebagai Menteri Pertahanan
