Organisasi Gehlen atau Gehlen Org adalah sebuah badan intelijensi yang didirikan pada Juni 1946 oleh otoritas pendudukan AS di Zona Jerman Amerika Serikat, dan terdiri dari para bekas anggota Departemen Staf Jenderal Angkatan Darat Jerman ke-12 (Angkatan Darat Luar Negeri Timur, atau FHO). Badan tersebut mengambil nama dari mayor jenderal Wehrmacht Reinhard Gehlen, kepala intelijensi militer Jerman Nazi]] di Front Timur pada Perang Dunia II.
