Döner kebab (Turki: döner kebap) adalah masakan Turki yang terbuat dari daging. Daging tersebut dapat berupa daging domba, kambing, sapi, atau ayam. Nama lain termasuk kebap, donair, döner, doner atau donner.

Bentuk awal doner kebab adalah Cağ kebab.
