Tagma (bahasa Yunani: τάγμα, pl. tagmata) adalah istilah untuk satuan militer yang sebesar batalion atau resimen. Penggunaan istilah yang paling dikenal merujuk kepada resimen elit yang dibentuk oleh Kaisar Romawi Timur Konstantinus V dan merupakan bagian dari angkatan bersenjata utama Kekaisaran Romawi Timur dari abad ke-8 hingga abad ke-11. Setelah tahun 1050, tagmata mengalami kejatuhan, dan akibat bencana militer pada akhir abad ke-11 mengalami kehancuran.
