Keuskupan Sibu (bahasa Latin: Dioecesis Sibuensis) adalah sebuah keuskupan Gereja Katolik Roma yang berada di Malaysia. Keuskupan ini didirikan sebagai pemekaran dari Keuskupan Agung Kuching pada 22 Desember 1986. Pusat Keuskupan berada di Katedral Hati Kudus, Sibu. Saat ini, keuskupan ini dipimpin oleh Uskup Joseph Hii Teck Kwong yang terpilih pada 24 Desember 2011.

Keuskupan Sibu meliputi wilayah Sibu, Mukah, Sarikei, dan Kapit. Keuskupan Sibu merupakan keuskupan sufragan di bawah Keuskupan Agung Kuching bersama dengan Keuskupan Miri.
