Karl Ferdinand von Gräfe,[a] (8 Maret 1787 – 4 Juli 1840), adalah seorang dokter bedah Jerman dari Warsawa.[1]
Ia adalah ayah dari oftalmologis Albrecht von Graefe (1828–1870) dan kakek dari politikus Albrecht von Graefe (1868-1933).
