Aplocheilus adalah satu dari dua genus ikan dalam keluarga Aplocheilidae. Habitat asal mereka berada di Asia Selatan dan Tenggara, dimulai dari India hingga Vietnam dan Malaysia, dan dari Nepal hingga Sri Lanka. Beberapa spesiesnya terutama Pancak kuning (Aplocheilus lineatus), biasa dijadikan ikan hias akuarium.
