Eugene Luther Gore Vidal (lahir 3 Oktober 1925) merupakan seorang penulis dan skenario berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang menuliskan novel terkenal seperti The City and the Pillar (1948). Dia dilahirkan di New York City, New York. Dia merupakan anak dari pasangan Eugene Luther Vidal Sr. (1895–1969) and Nina S. Gore (1903–1978).
