Rashford mulai bermain sepak bola untuk Fletcher Moss Rangers pada usia lima tahun dan bergabung dengan sistem akademi di Manchester United pada usia tujuh tahun.[1][2]
Musim 2015-16
Rashford masuk dalam tim senior untuk pertama kalinya pada 21 November saat menang 2-1 atas Watford di Liga Premier.[3] Rashford membuat debut tim pertama untuk Manchester United pada 25 Februari 2016 dalam kemenangan 5-1 melawan Midtjylland di leg kedua babak 32 besar Liga Europa UEFA. Rashford adalah pemain tambahan yang datang di akhir setelah cederanya Anthony Martial dalam pemanasan, tetapi menjadi man of the match setelah menyumbang dua gol pada babak kedua.[4] Gol Rashford ini membuatnya menjadi pemain Manchester United termuda yang mencetak gol di kompetisi Eropa mengalahkan rekor sebelumnya yang dipegang oleh George Best.[5][6] Rashford membuat debut Premier League tiga hari kemudian pada tanggal 28 Februari.
