Pengepungan Yerusalem terjadi pada tahun 70 Masehi. Pengepungan ini adalah peristiwa penting dalam Perang Yahudi-Romawi Pertama, diikuti dengan jatuhnya Masada tahun 73. Tentara Romawi, dipimpin oleh Titus, mengepung dan menaklukan kota Yerusalem, yang dikuasai oleh orang Yahudi pada tahun 66. Kota ini dan Bait Kedua hancur.
