H. Sholeh Soe'aidy, SH (lahir 2 Agustus 1957) adalah anggota DPR RI periode 2009-2014 dari Partai Demokrat mewakili Jawa Timur. Dia ditugaskan di Komisi X yang menangani Pendidikan, Olahraga, Pariwisata, Kesenian dan Kebudayaan. Sholeh Soe'aidy merupakan alumnus Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Jakarta tahun 1985. Ia dikenal sebagai anggota DPR yang hidup sederhana.
