George IV (George Augustus Frederick; 12 Agustus 1762 – 26 Juni 1830) adalah Raja Kerajaan Bersatu Britania Raya dan Irlandia dan juga Hanover sejak kematian ayahnya George III, pada tanggal 29 Januari 1820 hingga kematiannya sepuluh tahun kemudian. Dari tahun 1811 sampai penobatannya, ia menjabat sebagai Pangeran Regent selama penyakit mental ayahnya kambuh.

George IV memimpin gaya hidup mewah yang memberikan kontribusi untuk mode pada masa Perwalian Britania. Dia adalah seorang pelindung dari bentuk-bentuk baru liburan, gaya dan rasa. Dia menugaskan John Nash untuk membangun Royal Pavilion di Brighton dan merombak Istana Buckingham, dan Sir Jeffry Wyatville untuk membangun kembali Kastil Windsor. Dia berperan penting dalam membangun fondasi dari Galeri Nasional, London dan King's College London.
