Pembantaian Indian 1622 (juga disebut Pembantaian Jamestown) terjadi di Koloni Virginia pada hari Jumat Agung, 22 Maret 1622. 347 orang tewas akibat serangan kejutan dari Konfederasi Powhatan dibawah Opechancanough.^[1]
