Kung Hsiang-hsi (Hanzi: 孔祥熙; Pinyin: Kǒng Xiángxī; Wade–Giles: K'ung³ Hsiang²-hsi¹; 11 September 1881 – 16 Agustus 1967), sering dikenal sebagai Dr. H. H. Kung, adalah seorang banker dan politikus Tiongkok pada awal abad ke-20. Ia berpengaruh tinggi dalam kebijakan ekonomi pemerintahan Kuomintang (Nationalis) pada 1930an dan 1940an. Ia dikenal sebagai pria terkaya di China pada waktu itu.
