Makguksu adalah hidangan mie buckwheat Korea yang disajikan dalam kaldu dingin, kadang-kadang disajikan dengan gula, mustard, minyak wijen atau cuka.[1] Makanan ini adalah makanan khas daerah dari provinsi Gangwon, Korea Selatan, dan ibukota, Chuncheon.[2]
