William Castle (24 April 1914 – 31 Mei 1977) adalah aktor, sutradara, penulis skenario, dan produser film berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat.

Menjadi yatim piatu sejak umur 11 tahun, Castle putus sekolah pada usia 15 tahun, untuk bekerja di teater. Dia mendatangi Columbia Pictures untuk mengikuti promosi talent, dan dia diterima. Dia mempelajari pembuatan film dan menjadi sutradara.
