Kitim adalah suatu pemukiman yang sekarang adalah kota Larnaca di pantai barat Siprus, pada zaman kuno bernama Kition, atau (dalam bahasa Latin) Citium.
Etimologi
Ada anggapan bahwa nama Kitim diturunkan dari kata Akkadia yang berarti "penyerbu", tetapi menurut Max Müller Kittim adalah negeri Hatti (Khatti), nama untuk Kekaisaran Hittite.[1]

Kitim (bahasa Ibrani: כִּתִּים, ki-tim) dalam daftar keturunan pada Kejadian 10 dalam Alkitab Ibrani, adalah salah satu putra Yawan bin Yafet bin Nuh.
