Piala Volpi (Italia: Coppa Volpi alla miglior attrice atau Coppa Volpi per la miglior interpretazione femminile) adalah penghargaan utama yang diberikan kepada para aktris di Festival Film Venesia dan mengambil nama dari Count Giuseppe Volpi di Misurata, pendiri festival tersebut. Pemenang penghargaan tersebut dipilih oleh juri festival dari film-film dalam bagian kompetisi. Nama resmi penghargaan tersebut berubah beberapa kali sepanjang tahun. Penghargaan yang diberikan dari 1983 sampai 1987 bukanlah Coppa Volpis namun plat persegi. Penghargaan tersebut dapat diberikan kepada penampilan utama atau pendukung. Terdapat penghargaan tambahan yang diberikan dalam festival tersebut yang menghargai penampilan-penampilan akting. Dari 1993 sampai 1995, festival tersebut menganugerahi penghargaan Aktris Pendukung Terbaik yang meliputi di bawah ini.
