Z20 Karl Galster adalah kapal perusak tipe 1936 yang dibangun untuk Kriegsmarine pada akhir tahun 1930-an. Kapal Ini selamat dari Perang Dunia II dan diserahkan ke Uni Soviet pada tahun 1946. Nama kapal ini diambil dari seorang perwira angkatan laut Jerman pada Perang Dunia 1, Karl Galster.

Kapal yang dipesan tanggal 6 Januari 1936 oleh Kriegsmarine ini dikerjakan oleh AG Weser (Deschimag) di Bremen dan mulai tanggal 14 September 1936. Lambungnya diluncurkan 15 Juni 1937 dan selesai tanggal 21 Maret 1939.

Saat diberikan kepada Uni Soviet, kapal ini berganti nama menjadi Prochnyy. Kapal ini pun dipensiunkan pada tahun 1956.
