Gerakan Patriotik Tiga Pendirian (Hanzi: 三自爱国运动; Pinyin: Sānzì Àiguó Yùndòng) adalah sebuah gereja Protestan di Republik Rakyat Tiongkok, dan salah satu badan Protestan terbesar di dunia. Ini secara kolokuial dikenal sebagai Gereja Tiga Pendirian (Hanzi: 三自教会; Pinyin: Sānzì Jiàohuì).
