John Otto Ondawame (30 November 1953 – 4 September 2014) adalah seorang akademisi dan aktivis gerakan pembebasan Papua Barat. Ia adalah kepala Kantor Perwakilan Organisasi Papua Merdeka di Port Vila, Vanuatu, jurubicara internasional untuk Organisasi Papua Merdeka, dan anggota Dewan Presidium Papua.
