Hari Pendirian Partai adalah sebuah hari libur di Korea Utara yang menandai pendirian "Komite Penyelenggara Pusat partai Komunis Korea Utara" pada 10 Oktober 1945, yang juga dikenal dengan sebutan "Biro Korea Utara dari Partai Komunis Korea" di Barat dan dianggap sebagai pendahulu Partai Buruh Korea.
Perayaan-perayaannya meliputi pidato politik, pementasan artistik dan acara-acara besar yang meliputi pawai militer. Warga biasa menerima pembagian pangan dan listik.[1]
Hari Pendirian Partai adalah salah satu hari libur paling penting di negara tersebut, bersama dengan Hari Matahari (ulang tahun Kim Il-sung), Hari Bintang Bersinar (ulang tahun Kim Jong-il) dan Hari Pendirian Republik.[2] 2015 menandai peringatan ke-70.
