Zhao Rugua[1][2] (趙汝适), atau juga Chau Ju-Kua atau Chou Ju-kua (11701228) adalah seorang pemeriksa pabean di kota Quanzhou di Tiongkok pada masa wangsa Song akhir. Dia menulis buku dua jilid berjudul Zhufan Zhi atau Chu-fan-chi (諸蕃志, "Penguraian tentang Bangsa Biadab" [3] or "Records of Foreign Peoples", "Gazetteer of Foreigners" [4][pranala nonaktif]) di sekitar tahun 1225 Masehi.

Jilid pertama adalah semacam katalog nama tempat asing, dengan penguraian setiap tempat, adat-istiadat orang setempat dan barang dagangan yang dihasilkan. Dalam buku ini, Zhao menguraikan tempat seperti Mercusuar Alexandria.

Jilid kedua adalah suatu katalog barang dagangan.

Banyak bagian Zhufan Zhi mengambil keterangannya dari buku yang lebih kuno, Ling-wai-tai-ta, yang ditulis tahun 1178 oleh penulis yang bernama Chou Ch’u-fei.
