Delegasi Apostolik untuk Antillen mewakili kepentingan Takhta Suci untuk para pejabat Gereja Katolik, masyarakat sipil dan jawatan pemerintahan untuk beberapa negara di kawasan dimana Takhta Suci tak mendirikan hubungan diplomatik. Jabatan Delegasi Apostolik tidaklah bersifat diplomatik, meskipun Delegasi tersebut adalah anggota layanan diplomatik Takhta Suci.

Pada 7 Desember 1925, Paus Pius XI mendirikan Delegasi untuk Antillen yang bertempat di Havana dengan tanggung jawab untuk mengurusi Antillen besar dan kecil.[1] Paus yang sama menangguhkan delegasi tersebut pada 10 Agustus 1938, mengalihkan tanggung jawabnya ke Delegasi untuk Kuba dan Puerto Riko.[2] Pada 19 Maret 1975, Paus Paulus VI kembali mendirikan Delegasi untuk Antillen, kali ini bertempat di Port-au-Prince, Haiti.[3]
