Hakim Agung Amerika Serikat adalah para anggota Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat selain Ketua Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat. Jumlah Hakim Pembantu ditentukan oleh Kongres Amerika Serikat dan saat ini ditetapkan berjumlah delapan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Kehakiman 1869.^[1]

Hakim Agung saat ini

Saat ini ada tujuh hakim agung di Mahkamah Agung, dengan satu kursi kosong setelah kematian Hakim Ruth Bader Ginsburg pada 18 September 2020. Para hakim di bawah ini diurutkan berdasarkan senioritas:
