USA 193, juga diasebut sebagai NRO launch 21 (NROL-21 atau L-21), adalah satelit mata-mata Amerika Serikat yang diluncurkan pada tanggal 14 Desember 2006.[1] Satelit ini dimiliki oleh National Reconnaissance Office.
Setelah diluncurkan, satelit ini segera menjadi malfungsi, dan hancur satu tahun kemudian oleh misil SM-3 yang diluncurkan oleh kapal perang USS Lake Erie yang berpatroli di sebelah barat Hawaii.[2][3]
