Kamose adalah raja terakhir dinasti ketujuh belas Mesir Thebes. Ia adalah putra dari Seqenenre Tao II dan saudara kandung dari Ahmose I, pendiri dinasti kedelapan belas Mesir. Masa kekuasaannya jatuh pada akhir Periode Menengah Kedua. Kamose diperkirakan berkuasa selama tiga tahun, meskipun ahli-ahli lain kini menyatakan masa kekuasaannya bisa mencapai lima tahun.[4]
Pada masa kekuasaannya, ia melanjutkan serangan terhadap Hyksos yang telah menguasai sebagian besar Mesir Kuno. Setelah Kamose mangkat, ibunya, sebagai wali, meneruskan perang. Pada akhirnya Ahmose-lah yang melancarkan serangan terakhir dan menyatukan seluruh Mesir.
