Anatoli Timofeyewic Fomenko (Rusia:Анато́лий Тимофе́евич Фоме́нко) (lahir 13 Maret 1945) adalah anggota Akademi Ilmu Pengetahuan Rusia, doktor ilmu matematik pengetahuan, profesor universitas negara Moskwa.
