Sekretaris Negara Amerika Serikat (bahasa Inggris: United States State Secretary atau United States Secretary of State) adalah kepala dari Departemen Negara Amerika Serikat, yang memperhatikan masalah luar negeri. Sekretaris ini merupakan anggota dari Kabinet Presiden.
Jabatan ini merupakan jabatan tertinggi di Amerika Serikat setelah presiden.
Di luar negeri biasanya jabatan ini disamakan dengan Menteri Luar Negeri, namun tugasnya di AS lebih dari itu.
Sekretaris Negara sekarang ini adalah Condoleezza Rice.
