Rencana Pei atau Pei Plan adalah sebuah insiatif pembangunan ulang tata kota yang didesain untuk pusat kota Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Amerika Serikat, pada 1960an dan 1970an. Ini adalah nama tak resmi untuk dua komisi terkait dari asitek dan perencana tata kota terkenal I. M. Pei – yakni Rencana Pembaharuan Kawasan Umum Distrik Bisnis Pusat atau Central Business District General Neighborhood Renewal Plan (desain dirampungkan pada 1964) dan Rencana Pengembangan I-A Proyek Distrik Bisnis Pusat atau Central Business District Project I-A Development Plan (desain dirampungkan pada 1966). Ini resmi diadopsi pada 1965, dan diimplementasikan dalam fase-fase negeri dan swasta sepanjang 1960an dan 1970an.
