Göbekli Tepe adalah tempat ibadah yang terletak 15;km sebelah timur laut kota Şanlıurfa (Urfa) di Turki tenggara. Tempat ini kini sedang dalam penelitian oleh arkeolog Jerman bernama Klaus Schimdt[1] dan Turki. Kuil ini dianggap sebagai kuil tertua yang pernah ada di dunia dan memiliki tiang yang berjumlah 200 batang dan berbentuk bulatan. Terdapat 20 buah bulatan.Setiap tiang mempunyai ketinggian 6 meter dengan berat kira kira 20 ton.
