Agama misteri, Misteri sakral atau misteri saja, adalah kultus keagamaan di dunia Yunani-Romawi. Untuk terlibat di dalamnya, orang harus diinisiasi.[1] Ciri utama dari agama ini adalah kerahasiaan yang berkenaan dengan inisiasi dan pelaksanaan kultus, yang tidak sembarangan dibeberkan ke orang luar. Misteri Yunani-Romawi yang paling terkenal adalah Misteri Eleusis, yang sangat kuno dan muncul sebelum Zaman Kegelapan Yunani. Kepopuleran kultus misteri mencapai puncaknya pada masa Antikuitas Akhir. Julianus si Murtad pada pertengahan abad ke-4 diketahui telah diinisiasi ke dalam tiga kultus misteri berbeda, salah satu yang paling terkenal adalah Misteri Mithraik.
