William Daniel Phillips (lahir 5 November 1948 di Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania) adalah seorang fisikawan Amerika Serikat berdarah Wales-Italia yang menerima Penghargaan Nobel Fisika tahun 1997 (bersama dengan Claude Cohen-Tannoudji dan Steven Chu).
