Serum kejujuran adalah sebuah nama kolokuial dari serangkaian obat-obatan psikoaktif yang dipakai dalam upaya untuk mendapatkan informasi dari subjek-subjek yang tak dapat atau tak ingin memberikannya ke orang lainnya. Obat-obatan tersebut meliputi etanol, skopolamina, 3-kuinuslidinil benzilat, midazolam, flunitrazepam, sodium tiopental, amobarbital, dan lain-lain.
