Asosiasi Kerja Sama Bebas (bahasa Inggris: Compact of Free Association, COFA) adalah perjanjian internasional yang mendirikan dan mengatur hubungan asosiasi bebas antara Amerika Serikat dan tiga negara Kepulauan Pasifik, Negara Federasi Mikronesia, Kepulauan Marshall, dan Palau. Bersama dengan Persemakmuran Kepulauan Mariana Utara, negara-negara tersebut dulunya meliputi Teritorial Kepercayaan Kepulauan Pasifik, sebuah badan kepercayaan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa yang diurus oleh Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat dari 1947 sampai 1951 dan oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri Amerika Serikat dari 1951 sampai 1986 (sampai 1994 untuk Palau).
