Joseph Kony (lahir ca. 1962) adalah ketua Tentara Perlawanan Tuhan, grup gerilyawan yang terlibat dalam kekerasan untuk mendirikan pemerintah teokratik di Uganda, yang mengklaim berdasarwkan kitab suci dan Sepuluh Perintah Allah. Tentara Perlawanan Tuhan, yang memperoleh reputasi mengerikan atas kebrutalannya terhadap rakyat Uganda utara, telah menculik sekitar 20.000 anak sejak pemberontakan dimulai tahun 1987.^[1]
