Burung Opior Mata-hitam (Chlorocharis emiliae) adalah spesies burung monotypic dalam genus Chlorocharis. Burung ini erat kaitannya dengan kelompok burung Timaliidae, dan keluarganya Zosteropidae memungkinkannya dimasukkan ke dalam Tiimalidae. Dapat ditemukan di Indonesia dan Malaysia.
