Manikonda Chalapathi Rau (juga dikenal sebagai MC dan Magnus[1]) (1910 - 25 Maret 1983) adalah seorang jurnalis dan otoritas pada pemikiran Nehruvian asal India. Rau adalah penyunting harian berbahasa Inggris National Herald dari Lucknow selama tiga puluh tahun dari 1946.
