Abū ʿAlī Manṣūr (13 Agustus 985 – 13 Februari 1021) yang lebih dikenal dengan gelar regnal Al-Hakim Biamrillah (bahasa Arab: الحاكم بأمر الله; artinya "Penguasa atas Perintah Allah"[1]), adalah khalifah Fatimiyah keenam[2] dan imam Ismaili ke-16[3] (996–1021). Al-Hakim adalah seorang figur terkenal dalam sejumlah mazhab Syiah Ismaili, seperti 15 juta Nizari di seluruh dunia, selain 2 juta Druze di wilayah Syam yeng pendirinya ad-Darazi menyatakannya sebagai inkarnasi Allah pada 1018.[4][5]
